CalcTB app for iPhone and iPad

"CalcTB" is a customizable smart calculator with a powerful and flexible formulas management environment, including graphic display capabilities.

Features:

*) Two handy calculator modes are available (Scientific with 40=8x5 buttons, and Standard with 24=6x4 buttons). The mode is selectable in the options screen, and you can easily switch between the two modes keeping the calculation history.

*) You can scroll up and down the output area to look at the calculation history.

*) You can edit the input area by finger touch. An editing icon allows adding or erasing data in that position. You can move the editing icon left and right by using the keyboard too.

*) Two keys in the calculator keyboard will drive you directly to additional screens: OPTIONS and FORMULA. The OPTIONS screen will let you customize the calculator mode, color, sound, preferences, etc. The FORMULA screen will let you input and manage your formulas, that can be transferred and evaluated in the calculator.

*) A third key, CALC, can smartly drive you to a GRAPHIC environment to evaluate your formula. You can display the graphic Y=f(X) of a function inputing * instead of a numeric value for one of the variables of your formula. You have to assign numerical values to all the variables except one.

*) Through the FORMULA screen, you can enter any formula formated as a function, explicitly indicating the variables names in brackets. For example: A(B,H)=B*H/2. Entering a 1st line with the formula is enough for the calculation. Optionally you can add lines before and after the formula with a Title and a Description of the variables. The formula will be properly evaluated by the calculator F.Calc" button.

*) You can classify your formulas in 10 categories that you can name as you like. In addition, in the formulas grid you can add some comment lines in order to group visually a number of formulas inside the same category.

*) In the FORMULA screen, the buttons FIND, UP, DOWN, DEL, ADD and EDIT will let you easily manage your formulas database. Additionally, the EXPORT and IMPORT tools will let you manage the data in your grids of formulas as a whole. You can COPY AND PASTE (keeping the consistency of the format structure) the single text string which includes all the formulas, in order to comfortably edit many formulas at once in any external editor. You can add in this way many formulas prepared in a external editor.

*) In order to easily SAVE in one shot all the formulas for all the categories, you can use the SAVE to email button. You can indicate your email adress, that will be remembered for next sessions. Later on, you can use the provided IMPORT utility (by simply doing COPY AND PASTE for each category from this email message) in order to recover all the formulas in your calculator.
